Blinis with Salami and Creme Fraiche

準備了這道迷你布林餅

5分鐘輕鬆上桌   且迴響熱烈  供不應求喔!

 

Made this Blinis with Salami and Crème Fraîche as a Christmas nibble for some close friends I invited over for Christmas dinner.

It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and cook, and I assure you, you are gonna have to serve loads of them due to popular demand!

 

義式薩拉米迷你布林餅佐法式酸奶油 Crème Fraîche
Blinis with Salami and Crème Fraîche

 

材料:

迷你布林餅 * 1盒
4大匙法式酸奶油 Crème Fraîche
4小匙全穀芥末醬
75克義式薩拉米香腸,切細條

Ingrediens

1 Pack of Canape Blinis (I used the 123g one at Waitrose)
4 tbsp Crème Fraîche
4 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
75g Salami, thinly sliced and cut into strips

 

做法:
1. 預熱烤箱至180度C,將布林餅置入烘烤約 3-5 分鐘
2. 於一小碗中混合法式酸奶油和全穀芥末醬,拌勻,置一小匙的量於每個布林餅上
3. 最後放上切細條的義式薩拉米香腸,擺盤,依個人喜好撒一些胡椒粉調味

 

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 centigrade, and bake blinis for circa 3 to 5 minutes (time may vary due to different types of ovens).
2. Mix together the crème fraîche and wholegrain mustard and spoon onto the blinis.
3. Fold the salami on top. Arrange the blinis on a platter, and grind over some black pepper and serve.
