Banana Sesame Spring Roll - another recipe learned from the Taiwanese TV programme, "Healthy Eating Indeed!".
The roll was, to my surprise, amazingly delicious, so much so that even my Indian and European friends are demanding more of it!
Best of all, it repairs weak and sensitive scalps and is low-cal and healthy! Takes you less than 5 minutes to make!
Banana Sesame Spring Roll
蜂蜜/ 糖 1大匙
1 tbsp white sesame seed
1 tbsp black sesame seed OR poppy seed
2 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tbsp honey/ sugar
3-6 small-sized bananas, peeled and halved
6 sheets of spring roll
1. Put poppy seed, white sesame seed, cashew nuts and honey/ sugar into a blender and blend it until resembling a texture of grounded powder.
N.B. In the case of over-blending, the nuts might emit oil and form a non-powdery texture
2. Place the cut-up banana together with the seeds & nuts mixture into a sheet of spring roll, and roll it up
3. Cut the roll in half and serve
