My name is [name of your mother/ father/ whoever is taking care of your living cost currently at where you reside at the moment], and I am the [relationship between you and your sponsor] of [your name].

I am writing this letter to confirm that I agree to take care of [your name]’s living cost for the coming months, and have also been doing so for the past few months whilst she would be in Taiwan. These would include any food expenditure, accommodation and utility bill payments.

As the rightful owner, of the property addressed [insert full address as registered on Household Registration and Real Estate Registration Certificate], my daughter [your name] is living with me in the property mentioned above. This property is equipped with [number] bedrooms, [number] reading room, [number] kitchen, [number] balconies, [number] living room and [number] bathrooms.

I am also happy to provide my daughter with food expenses and utility bill payments. To explain, food expenses she has would be covered solely in the form of cash, as the transaction amount is not large. These would include the occasional gathering my daughter wishes to attend with her friends, as well as any food that is stockpiled in the kitchen.

In terms of the utility bills, I am more than happy to confirm that I am currently paying the bills for the house whenever they come in. I have no plan, now or future, to ask for any charges for these bills, or any of the items I have enlisted above.
