Civil Marriage Plan

 

1. My fiancé, [insert name], has booked a marriage ceremony at the [insert name of the Council] Council Registry Office in London [insert full address of the aforementioned Registry Office] on [date/month/Year].
   A provisional booking has been made by the Registry Office to hold a marriage ceremony at [time am/pm] on [weekday, date/month/year]. A full payment of [amount paid] has been made for this purpose.

 

2. A legal notice will be given to the Registry Office by [weekday date/month/year] (at least 16 days before the marriage ceremony). Once no legal impediments are received for the marriage between myself [insert name] and my fiancé [insert name], the marriage ceremony will take place as planned on [date/month/year].
